NORWEX ENVIRO PRODUCTS - CANADA & USA

Isn't this a gorgeous picture? Makes me wish it was me! Actually, I can't remember when I last had my picture taken. You see, I'm the one diving under the furniture when the camera comes out. However, everyone says I have to write a profile - but they're usually so boring! So here goes.

My name is Karen. I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a daughter and a sister. My husbands' name is Jim and my daughters' names are Kim and Brandy. I won't name my grandchildren because I always call them by the wrong names anyway. So how would I ever expect you to keep them straight?

Everyone expresses shock when I tell them I'm a grandmother and think I have an eating disorder. So I dyed my hair grey and bought a padded body suit to wear under my clothes to dispel all the rumours. Get the picture?

Jim and I travelled a lot when we were younger; both domestically and internationally. No, we're not rich - just had a good job with a nice expense account. Now we travel to the kitchen during commercials and to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

It was Brandy that introduced Norwex products to Jim and I. Since she was 10 years old she decided she knew more than we did, but this time she was finally right. Before long, we decided that this was something that we really wanted in our home. Then we went on to promote a chemical free environment to our friends and family.

Now we have a family business with Norwex and enjoy it tremendously. Jim and I are based in Edmonton, Alberta and work together as a team. I love the positive effect of being able to clean every surface of my house with just water.

With working together, we've had to hone our communication skills. A jerk of the head from Jim means "don't talk to me until intermission". A glare from me over the left shoulder means "Back out of the office now if you want to see your next birthday"

But there is a serious side to this. Norwex is a great company to work with and their products are superior to anything I have found on the market. One of Ghandi's sayings is my motto and this has to begin at home:

"Be the change you wish to see in the world"
